Skeldale Veterinary Centre is based in the market town of Thirsk in North Yorkshire and is the original James Herriot practice.  As such, our reputation is built on traditional values of excellent care and personalized service for you and your pets, along with years of experience and modern equipment and faciltiies.  We are based in a purpose built surgery which can offer a full range of services for your dogs, cats, farm animals, and horses, as well as your small furries.  Our surgery in Thirsk is within easy reach of the A19, A168, and A1 which allows our vets to get out to calls quickly, and also means that we are easily accessible for most of Yorkshire and the North East.
